I. USE OF CAR PARKSE
1. The contractual relationship is established by withdrawing the parking ticket, resp. entrance to the car park, while the client agrees with its operating rules, or possible signing of the contract.
2. In the case of a concluded contract, all rights and obligations are governed by the provisions of the contract and further in accordance with the applicable parking regulations.
3. Only vehicles up to 3.5 t and motorcycles are allowed to enter the car park and parking.
4. The car park is part of a non-public purpose-built road, which is privately owned. and serves the needs of the owner. Act No. 361/2000 Coll. Applies to them. on road traffic. The user of the car park (hereinafter referred to as the client) is obliged to follow the traffic signs and instructions of the car park operator.
5. The car park does not have the character of a guarded car park. It is not physically guarded and is not monitored by technical means.
6. The operator of the car park is not liable for any damage caused by theft of the vehicle or its part, theft of accessories or items stored in the vehicle or for damage caused by damage to the vehicle. It is in the client's interest not to leave valuables in the vehicle.
7. The client is obliged to enter the car park only on marked paths and to comply with Act No. 361/2000 Coll. At all times, to follow the traffic signs and to observe the maximum permitted speed,
which is set at 20 km / h.
8. The client may park the vehicle only in places that are directly reserved for this purpose. The car park operator reserves the right to notify the Prague Municipal Police or Police of the Czech Republic on vehicles parked in violation of these operating rules and make the necessary photo documentation.
9. All clients are obliged to follow the instructions of the parking lot operator.
10. Access to the parking lot is allowed only to drivers and crews of parked vehicles.
II. OPENING HOURS, PRICE
1. The operating hours of the car park are NON - STOP.
2. The car park operator reserves the right to adjust the car park operating hours.
3. The price for parking is determined according to the valid price list of the operator. The price list is published by the parking attendant. In the case of a contract, the price list is an integral part of the contract. The operator is entitled to unilaterally update the price list at any time, clients will always be duly and timely informed about this.
III. ZPPURCHASE METHOD
The operating instructions are located in the background of the parking lot operator.
If the system fails, the client follows the instructions of the car park operator. The tax receipt will be issued by the parking attendant upon request.
IV. OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. It is forbidden to enter the car park with a vehicle that could cause ecological or other pollution of the car park area, handle fuels and oils, wash and maintain or repair the vehicle in the car park area. It is expressly forbidden to pollute the car park and its surroundings.
2. If the car park is occupied, the client is obliged to leave the entrance to the car park immediately.
3. It is forbidden to block other vehicles of clients. It is forbidden to park in places reserved by other clients.
4. In the event that the vehicle becomes immovable, the client is obliged to have the vehicle towed immediately at his own expense. If this is not done, the operator is entitled to carry out the towing at the client's expense.
5. The client is liable for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle in the parking lot and on the property of the operator or on the vehicles of other clients, in full.
6. It is forbidden to enter the car park with a trailer without the prior permission of the car park operator.
7. In case of loss of the parking ticket, the client immediately reports this fact to the parking attendant. The client is obliged to pay a contractual penalty according to the current price list of the parking operator.
8. In the event that the parking ticket is illegible due to damage by the client, the client is obliged to pay a contractual penalty according to the current price list of the parking operator.
9. It is forbidden to misuse the parking system, especially to pass parking tickets to other clients of the parking lot, repeatedly collect new parking tickets, leave the parking lot without inserting a parking ticket in close succession behind another departing vehicle, etc. entitled to charge the parking lot client a contractual penalty according to the current price list of the operator.
10. It is forbidden to enter or leave the car park area at the red traffic light.
11. The car park operator is entitled not to allow parking for clients whose vehicle obviously does not correspond to technical competence or is not equipped with a registration mark.
12. Children may move in the car park only when accompanied by adults who are responsible for their safety. Free movement of animals is prohibited in the entire car park.
13. In the event of a fire, clients are obliged to follow the instructions of the car park operator and members of the fire brigade.
